About Us
Reel Hound Media is based in New York and is a full service, award-winning production company. Operating out of Brooklyn's Emmaus Center, we have multiple studio spaces and backgrounds as well as top of the line camera, lighting and audio production gear. We have been nominated for multiple EMMYs and are a SAG signatory company founded by media professionals who want to tell compelling stories of any length.

We have our own post facilities with multiple edit bays as well as specialized editors, colorists and audio mixers. We do the cutting, Photoshop work and design, motion graphics and animation. Whether it's a thirty-second spot or hours of episodic content, we want to find a way to engage and inspire your audience.

We can facilitate any size production, but we also believe in being as lean as possible to keep costs down. We'll work with you to ensure that you get all of the things you want within a reasonable budget.

We start in the pre-production phase with concept-planning, budgeting and careful scripting. We then plan the shoots or animation with shot lists, breakdowns and story boards. We execute the production with our expansive gear list and quality crew while keeping you up to speed with everything we're doing. In post, we meticulously edit everything with your continual feedback. We return whatever format you need and have extensive experience with broadcast television and film distribution company deliverables.

Production
We will carefully plan your shoot and make sure that it is tailored to your specific needs. We own a large amount of production equipment including several cinema camera packages, so we can give you high production value at the most competitive of prices. For more ambitious projects, we have relationships with rental houses and technicians to either supplement our gear or create an entirely customized large-scale filming package. We also shoot live events and do broadcast and streaming. No matter the type of project, we put our heart and soul into capturing your content and captivating your audience.
What We Do
Post-Production
We have four Mac-based, multi-screen edit and design bays in our office space. We have calibrated monitors for accurate color grading as well as studio speakers for sound mixing. We have on-site storage to handle any size project or series. We'll develop your workflow and use the most skilled editors, animators and motion graphic designers to bring it to life.

Animation
We do all kinds of animation--2D, 3D, corporate, long-form and short-form. We have skilled designers and artists that can work individually or in teams to produce the highest quality graphics and effects on the market. We're currently in production on a new 2D animated show, "The United States of Rattica." Check it out soon.
Studio Space
Because of a partnership with the Emmaus Center in Brooklyn, we have access to amazing studio space. From a 700 person opera house to smaller rooms, we can accommodate all ranges of productions. Our equipment is on-site and ready to access whatever your production needs.
